1.2 Course Materials
Digital course materials are delivered as follows:

- Reading materials and PDFs - Downloadable from the learning portal
- Project resources and templates - Accessible within 24 hours of module release
- Assignment briefs - Released according to the program schedule
1.3 Digital Certificates
Upon successful completion of programs, digital certificates will be:
- Generated within 7 business days of program completion
- Delivered via email as a PDF attachment
- Available for download from your student dashboard
- Verifiable through our online certificate verification system
2. Physical Delivery
2.1 Physical Certificates
For programs that include printed certificates, the following terms apply:

We partner with reputable courier services for physical deliveries:

- FedEx (for international shipments)
3. Delivery Process
3.1 Order Confirmation
After placing an order or enrolling in a program, you will receive:
- Instant email confirmation with order/enrollment details

- Payment receipt within 24 hours
3.2 Tracking Your Order
For physical shipments, you can track your order through:
- Email updates at each shipping milestone
- SMS notifications for dispatch and delivery

4. Delivery Issues
4.1 Delayed Delivery
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:
