At Prasuti.ai, we are committed to providing quality internship programs and training services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this fair cancellation and refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Prasuti.ai, including but not limited to:

  • Internship program enrollment fees
  • Training and certification courses
  • Mentorship program subscriptions
  • Workshop and bootcamp registrations
  • Corporate partnership fees
  • Institution collaboration fees

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Student/Individual Cancellations

Students and individual participants may cancel their enrollment under the following terms:

  • Before Program Start: Full cancellation allowed up to 7 days before the program start date
  • Within First Week: Cancellation requests within the first 7 days of program commencement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • After First Week: Cancellations after the first week may not be eligible for refund, but program credits may be offered

2.2 Institution/Corporate Cancellations

Institutions and corporate partners may cancel their agreements under these terms:

  • 30+ Days Before: Full cancellation with complete refund
  • 15-29 Days Before: Cancellation with 75% refund
  • 7-14 Days Before: Cancellation with 50% refund
  • Less than 7 Days: No refund, but rescheduling options available

2.3 How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, please:

  1. Send an email to support@prasuti.ai with subject line "Cancellation Request"
  2. Include your full name, enrolled program name, registration ID, and reason for cancellation
  3. Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9876541773
  4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24-48 business hours

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Program cancellation by Prasuti.ai due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical issues preventing access to program materials for extended periods
  • Double payment or overcharge errors
  • Cancellation within the eligible timeframe as mentioned above
  • Program not meeting the advertised curriculum (subject to review)

3.2 Refund Timeline

Cancellation Time Refund Amount
Before program start (7+ days) 100% refund
Before program start (3-6 days) 75% refund
Before program start (1-2 days) 50% refund
Within first 7 days of program 25% refund or program credit
After first 7 days of program No refund (program credit may be offered)

3.3 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Registration fees and processing charges
  • Certificates already issued
  • Completed mentorship sessions
  • Downloaded or accessed course materials
  • Special promotional or discounted enrollments (unless specified)
  • Services already rendered

4. Program Credits

In lieu of refunds, we may offer program credits that can be used for:

  • Future program enrollments
  • Additional training courses
  • Mentorship sessions
  • Workshop registrations

Program credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

5. Program Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a scheduled program, you may request to reschedule to a future batch:

  • One free reschedule is allowed per enrollment
  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 3 days before the program start date
  • Rescheduled programs must be completed within 6 months of the original date
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a 10% administrative fee

6. Cancellation by Prasuti.ai

In rare circumstances, Prasuti.ai may need to cancel a program due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment numbers
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical difficulties
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to join an alternative program of equal or greater value.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

  1. Emailing grievance@prasuti.ai with details of your concern
  2. Our grievance officer will review your case within 7 business days
  3. A final decision will be communicated within 15 business days

9. Changes to This Policy

Prasuti.ai reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
